Healthy market needs some correction now, Power Grid may go down to 85-90 levels, which will provide good buying oppurtunity to long term investors.

To get good returns then, one have to wait for at least 6 months.

As per me, if you are long term investor then hold.
Correction in market will provide you to accumulate more...don't worry about the volatility of market if u are an investor
