As far as i know if share is sold in `Intraday` without owning them i.e `Sell Shares Not In Dp` then its short selling.
But in this case I am talking about `Cash` segment. In this segment too there is the option of `Sell Shares Not In Dp`
What will this do?

I am not sure about the terms that IB uses and that's why recommended you to talk to your broker. Selling shares that you don't own means 'short selling' whether they call it intraday or cash I dont know.
