Checkout cemcompusoft's PIBtoAB utility, I have used it and found it to be good at fetching real time data from PIB.

Be aware, that the data is NOT real time, it will have a lag which can range from 30-45 secs or more. The trick is to create a 3 additional market watch's in PIB with each having 100 scrips. Keeping the additional market watch's open, makes PIB write the data faster to the csv file.

If you skip the additional MW's the data lag can be above 2-3mins.
