Ok last funny memory-

Price crossed pivot high above 200 ema, obv turned green.
Higher low was made.. This type of setup was also seen earlier..

yes that was a long signal and target was vwap. But it exceeded trget by huge margin to next target which was Opening range low which I missed as I did not take that trade.

Look for long trades if obv is above the sup line. vice versa for short.. vedl chart did opposite.. price was going down and obv was moving up until 11.48.
