i want to buy the same quantity of shares in all the client accounts(simultaneously) at the same price. Punching in manual orders for each client is time consuming.

yes that can be done try to google out how to punch multiple client orders in bse mcx nse

Hello, is placing basket order for client, illegel in india, I mean can they dispute the trades even after they give me a written agreement to trade on their behalf for the recommendations that I get.

IMO, better get a telephonic approval from the clients and maintain the voice log for records.
