MAYTAS Real Estate IPO

Any thoughts on MAYTAS Real Estate IPO.

This company is growing like anything in Hyderabad with many residential and commercial ventures

This is owned by the Satyam computers group.

The IPO is opening soon.

I would like to know if it is worth buying.

I went through their site (www.maytasinfra.com) and formed an opinion that company possesses good fundamentals with very good projects completed in past (Mumbai-Pune Express Highway, Sardar Sarovar dam Main canal).

Between, does anybody know - who are the registrars for this IPO? I saw a site saying Karvy Computershare as the registrars but nse site does not say anything about them.

^ This was some bad sh1t ...
I had applied for about 15k rupees and after almost a month of wait ...
I get nothing allotted !

This is like fleecing customers!! Can they be pulled into some sort of consumer court actions ??
Agreed, the IPO was oversubscribed 68 times .. but still - think of the crores they'd have got ..
And to top it all - they get interest for a whole month on the crores and crores of money...That'd itself run into lakhs!!!

And the share was listed at double the premium.... That's like adding salt to the injury!!

The issue was oversubscribed 15 times in Retail category. This reduces amount of allotment by 15 times!!
