These are professional matters , so consult a CA. Dont depend on Traderji posts in such important things. CAs will charge around Rs 10,000 -12,000 for audit and IT return but we have to pay and get it done.

CA charges should not exceed more than 5000 rs for complete audit and Tax filing, and tax planning also provided if you are going with professionsal tax serivce providers not indiviual CA.

I used Tax spanner as same service provider was used by my earlier company (MNC corporate) tax audit.
