Is there any reason for selecting only high priced scrips? Can this strategy be applied on lower priced scrips like bhel, bharti, ranbaxy etc.?
These Scrips had good volume in any time frame. That was the only reason. This startegy can be applied in lower priced scrips also. The exit for this strategy is based on the min fixed price of Rs.10/- which the scrips which I have selected will obey. But for the low priced scrips we have to fine tune the minimum price.

can you explain the 3rd filter 0.10%
0.10% is additional price which we are applying on the High / Low price. when long trigerred some times the price will touch the high price and will go down or when short trigerred the price will touch the low and start going up.

e.g If the long trigerred and the High price is 100.00 we will place our buy order at 100.10 just to avoid price touch 100.00 and going down. Reverse for short setup.

Hi,

Can You please the SL with example? I mean say if short generated then what will be sl if l=1200 on trigger and what sl for long .
Example for long: You buy Reliance at 1000 Rs. Your target will be 1010 rs and stoplss will be 990 Rs.

Example for short: You sell Reliance at 1000 Rs. Your target will be 990 rs and stoploss will be 1010 rs.

Hi,
Why are limiting to a Rs 10 profit taking. The strategy should enable you to ride the trend and move the TSl to take most from the trend. Anyway you have a SL that will help you when the trend moves against you.
I feel that the exit should be thought through .

There are other similar approaches like this in using CCI. You may consider using CCI 25 and CCI 50. when both cross zero an entry is taken and exit /short is when the get below zero. Similarly you may like to test out and fine tune your exit rather than a fixed amount.

Thanks

I want to make decent profit with simple strategy. As I mentioned in my first post I will trade only with those scrips mentioned which gives me a good movement of Rs.10/- and I choose F&O for trade and all the scrips lot size is 250 except SBI which has 125 as lot size. In a Trade if I gain Rs.10/- that will give me Rs.2500/- in a single trade which is a decent profit.
