Its clearly mentioned in RBI's web page.

Margin trading in overseas exchanges is not allowed for indian residents.
what is your problem.

Unless some serious punishment is given, this forex scam will not be stopped.

Then Why Ram All are publish ad on T.v and Newspapers to Trade on Forex...No One Caught Them
