hello
i am kishore
i trade equities past couple of years
and in commodities 3 months back
but never i get profits and i loss so much of money with wrong guidence

recently i lost 50,000 in commodities due to my friends wrong contract selection(he is working one of trading com)

i just want to know which product in commodity is suitable to trade and to get minimum profits
