Actually the problem arises with certain individuals bcoz of basically 2t rasons
Fisrt is screen size and resolution.
The same chart on a fifteen or seventeen inch monitoor would be ok as compared to a nineteen inch with higher res setting. Even a seventeen inch with higher res settings would reduce the chart size considerably.
Two ....
People with eyesight probs need bigger charts.

People who are onscreen need bigger charts to avoid eye stress .
