The first thing i do is i shut down my sys till 1:30 else my fingers crawl and next thing i know is dt m in a trade most of which goes for loss Then movie or family time..

market was range bound or trending that was not Boring. i think we are getting bored.
but if you do another thing such as watching (or doing) prohibited things, then you can not catch the next move at right time.

so be ready for next move for entering right time when market was range bound.

you have lot of time after session close to do that forn things.
