ICharts Authorized Data vendor?

Hi, new here. I am a NRI, and was looking out for data feeds for my software application. I came across a number of data sources such as TDI etc.

Most of them didnt seem to be authorized data vendor, also I came across Icharts.in which provides Nifty Charts, searching through the traderji forum i came across "swingtrader"(Icharts founder) posts saying that they were not a authorized data feed vendor (NSE) and took data from a data vendor.

Is this possible, as I was looking for Data for a technical software application and couldn't find any authorized data feed vendors providing data for such applications.

Also, when I contacted NseDotex (NSE data distributor), they said that you are not allowed to take data from other sources for commercial use!!! (meaning I needed to directly purchase from them for a costs of abt 18 lacs)


Any ideas shall be helpful

Are u taking it for commercial use ? resell the data ?

And you are willing to pay 18lacs for personal use ????
