Hi vishal7176
Todays new produced laptops are all on a very high standard. Buy what you like, as the laptop by itself not will have any influence on your trading style. If you feel, that you like to have a special graphic card ( as mentioned by JP ), you just tell it in the computer shop and they will know, what you can do. But even for this hardware, todays laptops have graphic cards with 2 GHz or more. If you buy an older laptop, you can expand the RAM with other hardware. The programs you want to use work on any basic software witch are up today. I still use Windows XP on my travel laptop and all the programs work best.
What you finally more should care of is how you will back up your whole system and what are you going to do, when electricity fails for hours in your working place.
If you do not have any ideas about how to make an installation for the laptop by your own, then bring the laptop to a specialist and tell him, that you want three parts to be formated ( A.B,C ) on your hard disk.
Tell him, you want to use A for the programs, B only for data and C for the back up. If A is infected, it will not infect B and C and if A no more works, you quickly can restore it from the C part, as this is the back up. I use Hiren's Boot CD to do that. The B part on your hard disk is only for data sheets like PDF files and so on. If A no more works, your data will not be affected of that, as it is on a separate format on the hard disk. So, all your important sheets, you only safe in B and not in A.
An other way to store important data is to use an extern hard disk, which you daily can update. You also should install a CD burning program, as you quickly can burn any important data or exe files to it. Specially keys and other log in informations for different locations should be burned on a disk for safety reasons.
As next, you should look, that you have at least two batteries, in case electricity fails for hours and you should have a working handy stand by, if your telephone line fails.
Good luck and a good start with your new laptop and new trading
