How to get charts to my website

hi everybody,

I m developing a website related to news publishing. I want to include a live chart which changes for every second. I mean, like the one in this page http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=%5EBSESN .Please help me in finding this. Also tel me some free sites(if possible) which provide these charts.
