where do you get the best stock picks , do you need to register with somebody?

There are lot of paid services. They will give you list of stocks, but you have to trade on all then only there will be profit. For example if they recomend 5 stocks today there is a chance of 1 or 2 going against.
my sincere advice is learn technicals and "Handle your own baby"
