From what I understand from your question, you want to group all the NSE stocks sectorwise in your Trading SW, If this is the requirement then you could have sector-wise 'Watchlists', These are simple text files, containing
the scrip names for a given sector in individual files.
Most Trading SWs support this, and I think this is one simple method for having sector wise stocks grouping.
