Hi Every One Algorithmic Trading/ computer trading

Hi everyone,
just found the site a while back and have enjoyed reading the posts and would like to contribute what i have learned about algo trading in the last few years but am i allowed to post good software I found along with the bad??? Or how do i let fellow traders know about stuff as if I post a link it's considered advertising correct?
For example I found software that detects all the program trading going on...have used it and it works but I can't post the link to tell people???
Advice would be appreciated and I look forward to reading more great posts.
