If you have purchased non pirated version of metastock 10.1 , then you should have got tutorials along with the CD. In case ur using pirated version then metastock official training vids r available on many of torrents/warez sites. just search them out.

for datafeed u can use either QuoteCenter or Esignal. cheaper Datafeeds also available.
