Great Options Strategy for Zerodha and similar only

#61
Doji days are days when the open are close are nearby. The price band of NIfty has been in a narrow range for more than a couple of days now.

result should be that Nifty move with good enough force either up or down. Just like when a spring has been coiled up and suppressed for a long time and released..........

What about the corresponding loss on the loosing option ???

You are going to loose as much as u make with only a 50 pt move.:D

Its going to take a lot more to skew the delta and that too fast.
Yes I think that is correct Delta?

S&P 500 Index in USA

SPx @ 1333.27 may21
May 1335 CALL = $960
May 1330 PUT = $45
Total at risk until expiry = $1005

Break even is
UP = 1345.05 and Low = 1261.93
A difference of 83.12 point on a Index trading @ 1333 level
= Approx 6.25% SWING in one direction

What are the chances of getting such a SWING in a Day?

Gulu Babu ,
No active participation in this thread ?

Anyhow - Zerodha definitely seems something worth considering.
For 4 lots Nifty Options - Approx Rs. 150 x 50 x 4 = Rs.30,000
Even Rs.2 movement - 2 x 50 x 4 = Rs.400 minus Rs.100 (Brokerage + Taxes) = Rs.300 Net Profit.
That is 1% - which is superb - if done even 5 - 6 times a month. It is very satisfatory.

Now , How to get the Rs.2 movement - I guess during stable hours - take a shot = buy anything PUT or CALL , and a swing of 2 points is not something huge to ask for.
Problem is ,if the market runs in the opposite direction - no scope to recover.
Experienced members , please suggest the time of the day when we can expect stable movement like lets say 10 to 11 o clock in the morning.
