why data is different after EOD ?

Maybe one is normal close while the other is adjusted close.

in any case ...google data should not show GREEN.

It should show RED ..because previous close was 383.55 (22-April-2013)

How come Google show +12.70 (3.48%) ?

Yesterday their was problem in Google finance it is showing change in compare to 21st April
