2.) tom williams - the undeclared secrets that drive the stock market (Revised January 2000 Edition)
Can you please tell which one is to read? Or both should be read...

You can read any one book, both the books are almost the same written by the same person.
Understanding the logic from the book is only important . Application of the logic should be from our own thinking.
Understanding what different market participants are thinking/doing is very important.
There are market conditions , where volume analysis works on the dot, and there are MORE situations where it doesn't.
