frequent disconnection on Tradetiger

0930 on 22 july. SSKI web is too busy. I had opened it at 0900 and was working till 0930. Thereafter, not opening.

This is very irritating, I am making huge losses because of this. Made a loss of Rs 13,000 totally (losses include profits which I couldn't buy at the current market price)

This is nothing but sheer incompetency especially for a company which
claims to have a very good customer service, I have 2 internet
connections now , of 512 kbps & 2 mbps & I have the same problems
everyday no matter which connection I use. Sharekhan needs to increase its servers.

1. Have you tried using fast trade? Does it also give accurate quotes like tradetiger? I just spoke with customer care & they told me they have removed speed trade.
2. Do all the broker softwares have the same problem? What about Angel Diet, motilal Oswal, Religare etc & other popular broker softwares?
3. Why doesn't sharekhan just increase the number of servers?? I am sure they can spend that much if they want to retain customers.& I am sure many customers must have complained to customer care about this.
4. I wrote a long angry email to sharekhan & said I am leaving sharekhan because of this. They will not increase the number of servers just because of one email, so I would suggest everybody else do the same . Email to [email protected]

I dont know about other platforms, but Ive been using Motilal Oswals online trading portal and have not faced any such problems till date. Maybe you can try Motilal Oswal.
