Forex trading is not illegal, converting INR to USD for forex trading is illegal. So if you have a relative outside India, he can fund your accnt., and also withdraw and wire transfer it to your bank.

a relative can fund your forex account(nri). and he can withdraw profits then pay taxes in the country he is living in, then wire transfer to your bank as a gift.
