Forex Trading Laws

Hi Gentlemen,

I was just wondering what are the laws for trading in foreign exchange in India. Can we trade through a foreign broker. Also what are the laws governing subscription for datafeeds through foreign comanies like Equis, Esignal etc. Where payments are made in US dollars.

Please advise.
