Forex currency trading is not allowed in INDIA by RBI

Hey Guys,
I'm all confused. I just joined 24option.com, one of the best Options traders in USA.
I just sent them $. 100/0 through my Credit card and i see no harm in just trading with them, in options. And the money I make can easily be transferred to my a/c. in India. So why go for an Indian broker for this ? The US brokers are genuine and service oriented. Their softwares are excellent. What is the harm here ?
