irrespective of profit or loss or right or wrong ,
if u want to trade in very high volumes without much loss of price or the order with high exposer ( still after high risk associated ) no problem trade nifty future contract with maximum volume , one lot nifty is around 2,50,000 so 75lacks will amount around 30 lots , and no visible impact is gonna come on nifty with 30 lots . also even if u trade in nifty front liners like ril sbi infosys etc. it may cause some small time impact on prices but no need to worry about .

Would the sirens go off and fbi/cia/raw/pita crash in from my windows? What if I have a legimate record of holding such an amount in white?

but , for placing a extreamly large orders your terminal is not sufficient , you need to call your broker and order will be placed on NEAT terminal ,
consider one thing total capitalisation of ril is around 349574.21crore 70 lakh is around 0.00020002437% how could it be considered as an partial acquisition, i know a ( SMC )client who is holding 10,0000 unitech ( but in delivery ) so don't worry about such things .
