one of my broker told me to buy optocircuit at current 282 he tod me a target of rs 600+ in 5 months ..and he also told me to buy saktisugar at 220 target will be 800 one year.. i am very mutch confused ..is that possiable???

Though nothing is impossible in the market. SUch things look far-fetched.
It's better to avoid such tips.
