DLF not allotted

hello,
The DLF allottment process is deplorable. The registrar to the issue does not seem to bother to credit the allotted shares even after three weeks of their realising the allottment money in our demat account. Very very strange indeed.

My Friend Got 10 Shares Of Dlf In Ipo @525 In July,07. But The Problem Occured When He Went To Delhi & He Missed The Last Date To Pay The Balance Amount. On August 25,07 He Send D.d In Favour Of Dlf To Karvy. But Till On Date Dlf Has Been Not Credited To Demat A/c Of Icici. Anyone Have Any Views On This. What To Do?

(at fisr he paid 1500 for 10 shares. then he send a d.d of 3750+interest charges for 2 months.)

my friend also forgot to write the dp id/client id behind the d.d. so how should he prove that he has already paid the full amount? please help on this matter.
