Managing Director's family seems to have sold huge quantity on 30th Jul 2015 and buyers seem to be all retail folks

Hmmm, must confess, wasnt aware of this development !

Had researched this co. with the help of a CA friend around May 2015 and thought it to be a good long term bet!
Thanks for drawing my attention to this, shall have a relook!

DANDEKAR family has sold 1,12,75,731 (1 Crore Shares). DHWAJA bought on 30 Jun and sold off all except 500 shares on 1st July. GAJANAN has ended up accumulating some equity.

The stock doesn't worth more than a 100 rs, as per the fundamentals shows below, with huge debt burden.
