Of course u can.as many times as u want to , just square off ur position by eod if u donot have the delivery.

suppose he buy unitech 200 from bse and sold 200 from nse then... he will have to sq.off both of his positions i.e. sell on bse and buy on nse....other wise system will sq.off his position automatically....

this is what interexchange arbitrage is all about. hundreds of guys do it everyday. u have to capitalize on the price difference between the two exchanges.
