1-I think after the budget is over and may be two-three days after that probably the budget will be forgotten and we will go back with global trends which looks weeks.
2-The new bull market will starts only iff Nifty sustains above 4650-4700 level for atleast 2 weeks.In that case Nifty could trade in 5800-6000 level.
3-Maximum downside will bring Nifty toward 3500-3800 zone.
