Acknowladgement of DEMAT a/c amc bill

I have received ICICI direct demat a/c amc bill of 496.35/- immeadiately I have pay the same through icici online bill pay section 15 days over tomorrow i,e 25 th AUG is the last date after that fine and penalty will be charged.Until now I have not received any acknowledgement of payment receive.I have gone several times in ICICI bank and ICICI demat section they are stating that payment is in outstanding mode.
Can any body help me regarding th matter mention above. :confused:
