Do you mean recoding the trades you do for accounting purpose? Where do you want to do that, in a excel sheet or into any accounting programs?

any reliable accounting program where not much of data entry is required,jsut import contractnote will do the the accounts

My knowledge doesn't find one. You can do it in excel and give it to your auditors for final postings. Why break your head on this issue unless you have pretty high volumes. That is till you are trading more than 5 crores worth of transactions per month.
