i am using abnamro from last one year.
the software interface is very poor.. now they have revised (hiked) their charges. i am not a trader . i also dont look closely to my account . but recently i have checked my statement it is as follow
i buy 70 IDFC @ 72.50... with all those taxes and other thing 5110.09 are debited from my account. then when i checked my statement after 4-5 days another 33.69 rupees are also debited as transaction charges.
it is very costly compared to sharekhan..
for their call & trade service they are charging Rs 10/- per authentication.. (i.e. every time dealer logs on to your account you get charged for Rs 10/-..) looters.!!!
i want to close my account. can i transfer my existing shares from abnamro to sharekhan ?
