Offline Share Transfer mistake

I have transfered some shares to my friend's account on a loan basis, 4days ago worth of Rs.80,000.00. Now, He is not in good terms with me for last 2 days. Is there any way to cancel this transaction. Can I tell the ICICI Direct that I have made a mistake in the account number or some thing....

Please advice
