Dear all
We have found some old shares of my father dated as old as 1995..which were purchased but not submitted for transfer due to some reason
we have the following with us:
1) Original physical share with the name of UTI (the name of last share holder before it was purchased by my father) written at the back of it
2) Original transfer deed duly signed by UTI and my father.
Wats the procedure that we have to adapt for getting this share transferred to our name as this deed is quite old and cannot be submitted now as it has expired.Can this deed be revalidated...if yes how and wats the process?
Also all this time UTI would have continue to recieve all the monetary benefits like Dividends and share multiplication.Is there a way to get that back.
Please help with ur input as it will help us a lot
