Travel plans from tomorrow.... at least a few days, maybe even a week or 2.

Not sure if I will be able to access laptop on the move. So, will probably restrict myself to just trading NF ORB on mobile with 75% of capital.

Also, been evaluating a long only options strategy, but will try it out only after completing the traveling. Not been checking the 2 volume bar strategy - seemed less interesting to me when I started paper trading it...

In the 3 trading days in this series, I have traded ORB of NF and SBI, almost using 100% of my capital. Results: Déjà vu.... Account down 7.54% since March expiry.

I will ignore the non-ORB trades in this report, because I am temporarily dropping them from my agenda. The purpose for the non-ORB systems was to complement ORB, but that was not achieved. The TV system that I used usually performed well when ORB went well, and gave a loss when ORB lost. No purpose in trading a system that was +vely correlated, and worse than ORB. So, tomorrow i plan to trade ORB in SBI.

helloo augubhai swing trading is the best:D ur mobile trading performance is better then other,,,,,,,orb system thru how can u trading ??when next day market open then high & low brackout then u trade all time frame is possible ????us ariya se bhahar nikalne per tum buy and sell karte rahte ho kya ????and u profit dippend on market close and lost sawal........kya manichaan kya traderraviwa he kya I m some confuched :confused::confused:

April series results:

Losa month. Hardly had any green trades, especially in NF. I only traded ORB in NF and SBI in this series, with SBI position size just a fraction of NF position size.

Capital utilization (all trades were NRML): over 100% **
** I was I high on capital utilization, and hit a losing streak early in this series. So I added to the capital with a "loan". For the calculations, I am excluding the "loan", and only using the original capital as the base. I fully intend to return the "loan" to my bank account, when I account turns green (hopefully soon :eek:). I took the "loan" because I did not want to cut position size and make it difficult for me to get back into green again. I still think that ORB has +ve expectancy

Net capital change (after costs): -13.17% **
** If I include the "loan" in the calculation, Net capital change (after costs) is -10.48%

Cumulative net capital (after costs) change since Jan: +17.41%
Effectively, I have lost the Feb and Mar profits, and am back to where I was at the end of the Jan series

On 4 days, I traded on mobile, which was difficult. A couple of profitable trades could not be closed per rules; nothing major, just a couple of extra percentages lost - the perils of mobile trading.
