till v don't get into a confirmed bull mkt , it may catch d invstr on a wrong foot....n fr a confirmed bull mkt, its still far away on d horizon, thou d sensex n nifty hitting new highs may giv a false impression of being 1 !! so invstrs wil hav 2 b very careful going forward.

if 1 does nt hav faith in his own skills, it wil always result in doubts n anxiety of d outcome.
being a student of HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY N BEHAVIOUR, I understand d wiring of human brain n how it works.
in short , If 1 can understand bad emotions like anger,jealousy, inferiority,low self esteem, under confidence,procrastination,relations, den its very easy 2 nt allow dis emotions 2 control our actions.

nmbers r nt imp, wat is imp here is d retail participation n by participation I mean buying on dips.
if u see d broad structure of d mkt,any shrp rallies is utilized 2 exit d midcaps n small cps.wen d tide turns d opposite, den its safe 2 assume dat d tide is turning in d favour of bull mkt. though it can b assumed wid d help of TA.
understand dat universaly n historically , only d big crashes r remembered n nt d rise bcoz wen an invstr exits a stock , he wil b getting a credit in his account fr d sm of stocks sold...no problem ,bt wen 1 wnts 2 invest in a stock , he wil hav 2 make fr d amount wch in many case happens dat he may nt hav adequate arrangement due 2 sm reason n a fear of losing his hard earned money always lingers on his mind.its 1 of dis imp reason why mkts crack in tons bt rise in kilos:)

It’s no surprise that the employee benefits of Googleare among the best in the land— free haircuts, gourmet food, on-site doctors and high-tech “cleansing” toiletsare among the most talked-about—but in a rare interview with Chief People Officer Laszlo Bock I discovered that the latest perk for Googlers extends into the afterlife.
“This might sound ridiculous,” Bock told me recently in a conversation on the ever-evolving benefits at Google, “But we’ve announced death benefits at Google.” We were scheduled for a talk on Google’s widening age-gap (the oldest Googler is currently 83); I wanted to know how child- and healthcare benefits have evolved as the company has scaled.
Instead, Bock, who joined the company in 2006 after a stint with General Electric, blew me away by disclosing a never-before-made-public-perk: Should a U.S. Googler pass away while under the employ of the 14-year old search giant, their surviving spouse or domestic partner will receive a check for 50% of their salary every year for the next decade. Even more surprising, a Google spokesperson confirms that there’s “no tenure requirement” for this benefit, meaning most of their 34 thousandGoogle employees qualify.
“One of the things we realized recently was that one of the harshest but most reliable facts of life is that at some point most of us will be confronted with the death of our partners,” Bock says. “And it’s a horrible, difficult time no matter what, and every time we went through this as a company we tried to find ways to help the surviving spouse of the Googler who’d passed away.” The case-by-case do-goodery was formally implemented in 2011. In addition to the 10-year pay package, surviving spouses will see all stocks vested immediately and any children will receive a $1,000 monthly payment from the company until they reach the age of 19 (or 23 if the child is a full-time student).
