I also experienced same.
I was having 52 units of Liquidbees in my demat ( earlier with ILFS and subsequently transfered to Zerodha demat after they changed the system of demat holding)since long and I never pledged or did any buy sell of the same since last 1 to 1.5 years.

No response so far. Have pinged them again today.

Just to indicate why web posting to support.zerodha.com is a pain, compare the formatting as was written and as it appears. More complex formatting is a mess to read. Strangely, this white space compression does not happen with their response(s).

Sorted this out... by myself, and also received a call from Zerodha this morning.

The settlement of 40 LiquidBees was 37.343 units from CDSL (Zerodha DP) and 2.657 units from NSDL (IL&FS DP). There was no SMS from NSDL, as used to happen earlier, to alert one to this possibility. The resulting balance quantity in IL&FS was 0 as on 2019.01.10.

Currently, a dividend quantity of 0.002 has been credited to IL&FS on 2019.01.29, so that remains to be sorted out.
