Not able to place bracket order from kite3 platform. I was trading in bank nifty options. What could be the reason?

Logout, browse some google pages (to ensure internet connection is fine), log back in.. should work.
You can try cover order (limit) and see if that works for you for the time being.

stamp duty changed from fix 50 per day to 0.003% per trade for other states ??????

Edit :
The rate of Stamp Duty in Karnataka for Equity and Commodities has been revised to 0.003% of the total turnover effective from April 1st, 2017.

There is no upper cap on the new Stamp Duty charge. Prior to April 1st, 2017, it was 0.01% of the total turnover to a maximum of Rs.50.
