Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

all upgrades are working fine.....the 'data box' feature is really good :thumb:
also one more notable change is that the candles on chart are 'moving outside' of the view to the left with the passage of time and thats a relief(earlier the candles would compress and crowd up)
pi to excel in next update pls

The data box, cross hair, scroll is a welcome upgrade. Hope Pi keeps improving.

Can enabling data box, cross hair be set as default as part of user option / profile ; presently needs to be enabled for each chart.

Also, when data box / cross hair is enabled - the zoom function, indicator edit function gets disabled. Would prefer the functions to be mutually exclusive.

1. In the latest version (02.07.2015), in the Chart Settings dialog, why would you make the Symbol field as read-only? If it is read-only, why is it the default cursor selection? If somebody was thinking that the user would input an invalid symbol, you anyway have a check 'Trading Symbol does not exist'; try it on a blank row.

2. In case one wishes to revert back to the earlier version before the patch, what is the download link?

Logged in Pi today,

1) That data box is good. But why different colored data boxes for different charts ? The text is almost illegible in one. Are the colors user definable ?

2) Dual colored lines possible ??

3) Saving/loading chart templates. The improvement is that it goes to the default directory and not all over the hard disk as in the earlier version. The con is that the height of the oscillators panel gets disturbed when loading the template (no change from the previous version). So every time I load the template, I have to adjust the panel heights.

Will explore further in the coming days. Overall, good improvement in this version

Note : Sharekhan's TT was giving connection problems today. How the hell did you manage that, Zerodha :D

Snap Quote window :

1) it is still too big, as in the earlier versions. It is really an obstruction. Can you make it resizable at least ?

2) The scrip selection (the red box) is redundant and uses space unnecessarily.

3) I don't know if the Year high/low are needed there

4) Doesn't show the LTP of the underlying, does it ? Or have I missed it ?

5) What is that LUT ?? Anyway, that LTT and LUT are taking up too much space.

order book : Right click on an order should have the options for Modify, cancel etc.

Bracket order : Needs some more work. Will post the details later.
