Worth taking up Wipro buyback offer?

Hello,

I hold 200 Wipros @ 188 (Current 382) Is it worth taking up Wipro buyback offer and repurchasing them? Assuming the price of shares will be below Rs 400.

As an NRI what tax could I be liable if I takeup the buback offer?
