Why no brokers provide real-time paper trading? [Ethical question]

I don't see any Indian brokers provide paper trading platform even for a fee.

Let me know if there is any real time paper trading service in India. I know interactive brokers provide but they are not for your average retail trader.

Thanks for your recommendation but I already have an account with them.

But the questions remains, why you feel/think IB is not for retail traders,
btw, what do you exactly mean by average retail trader?

After spending a few years in India, they have toned down their requirements, that have to be fulfilled by the Trader. I think they dont provide margin trading. They may have started, but as of now, I have no updates regarding this.
