#1
In KSS oil, the promoters share is 0%.

http://www.moneycontrol.com/company-facts/kss/shareholding-pattern/GPM#GPM and

http://www.moneycontrol.com/bse/shareholding/shp_promoters.php?sc_dispid=GPM&qtrid=81.00

But, FII increased the share position as per below in 3 months.

KSS - Dec 2013 - 15.19%
Mar 2014 - 51.39%

Diff - 36.20 %

But, co. result is not attract me.

http://www.moneycontrol.com/financials/kss/results/yearly/GPM#GPM.

But, co share is increased from Rs: 10 to 15 in one year.

Anybody know the full details of the company ?

FII are done foolish investment? or we miss a good stock ?

FII are humans too.. by the way, its trailing EPS is negative..
They might want to have a controlling stake in the firm, who knows??

There is no margin of safety, investing into this firm will be a pure speculation, bad valuations, declining revenues, I can't find even 1 good points out of this...

and there is nothing like PC ratios and other one you asked.. (it might be put call as Mr.G said) you should ask moneycontrol who invented this stuff..
