Why don't exchanges allow stop loss market order on delivery trades?

To all traders,

Don't you think that the non-availability of triggered stop loss orders at market, exposes delivery trades to great risk (There is no guarantee that the stop will execute, because it is not a market order).Or do delivery orders have more priority than intraday orders?

Thanks for your input.

I just found out that Zerodha does provide this facility. So nothing wrong with the exchange rules. I don't know what's the problem with my broker.
