Why do DVR shares and ordinary shares move differently?

#1
Hi,

Kindly excuse me if this has been already answered - and if possible point me to the existing answer (I couldn't find a Q/A like this....)

Taking the example of TATAMOTORS and TATAMTRDVR ...

As on Tuesday 17-Mar-2020 @ 10:12 a.m
- TATAMOTORS is trading at +0.54%
- TATAMTRDVR is trading at +3.69%

Why is the change % at any given point in time so different? The valuation of either of these shares is based on the performance, business outlook, assets, risks etc. of the same company - i.e. Tata Motors.

And I also assume any benefits (higher dividend) or cons (lack of voting rights) are already priced into the share and baselined....

So why should these stocks move so differently?

Thanks in advance for helping me understand this.

Best regards
Srini
