The account opening is within 5 minutes but actual process of scrutiny etc.takes around 4-5 hours for full activation of the account on a working day, that is what I was told by the Finvasia executive.
I don’t think that’s possible. Usually they need to do due diligence checks. If any broker allows you to do that, you shouldn’t be considering opening an account with that broker. Pretty unsafe.
