I see a lot of people interested in knowing about valuation and i am sure there are lots of books out there but few that are clear, consistent and deal with Indian comapnies example. What Indian company has to do with valuation - of course, when one does fundamental valuation parameters like risk free rate are different for emerging countries like India which is not considered a high credit rated country like US. There are several other assumption one needs to adjust for emerging countries that you will overlook valuing a US or any other company getting revenues from developed country.
I plan to explain in detail about different valuation approaches using Indian company as an example to make things more interesting.
