What is the view on NBCC ?

Could anyone share the views on NBCC in short term ?

short term and medium term trend - sideways to flat eod
long term trend - up on eod

I don't understand this word "Short Term"
Though Gross/Operating/Net Profit Margin declines I will still say it is good for Long Term Investment.
